Room rates and reservation information 

The block of rooms reserved for the Convention will have the special price of $149 per night plus tax.

 

Room blocks at the discounted rate fill up quickly. If you encounter a problem reserving a room on a given night you wish to stay, please contact Becky Martorelli, Convention Co-chair as she can request more rooms for the block

 

 

  To make reservations, you may:

1- Call the reservation desk at 401-732-6000. You MUST identify that you are affiliated with the American Rose Society at the time you make the reservation.
 

2- You can make your reservation online at http://www.CrowneHotelWarwick.com, click BOOK NOW, choose your dates, scroll down the Rate Preference  to Group Rate and type in the 3 letter code of ROS . If you don't see the Rate Preference box because of a large date choice pop up in the way, click somewhere else on page to get it out of the way. If you have a greyed out box for group , try "refreshing " your page.

TF Green International Airport (PVD) is an easy to access airport literally less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. There is also a complimentary airport shuttle available to the hotel from 4:05AM through 1:00AM
